Q: Can you make the design ?

A: Sure, we have professional design team. before designing for you,  please offer us your area size, CAD file and tell us your budget , the style or theme.  Then we can make the  perfect Flow design for you. You can also choose the popular designs from our catalog which is suitable for you.

Q: What is your warranty of the water slides ?

A: The warranty is 36 months while the lifetime is 10-15 years under good maintenance.It is durable and anti-corrosion.

Q: What is the payment term ?

A: Our payment is T/T , 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Q: We haven’t imported before, can you ship the goods to our warehouse?

A: Yes. Although our normal trade term is EXW, FOB, we can also arrange transportation to your warehouse.

Q:  How to assemble the equipment once we received it?

A: The CAD install instruction, assembly procedure and project case will be provided.,Of course our skilled installation engineers would go to your country and install the equipment if needed.
